How does the free task quota work?
Every visitor receives 4 complimentary tasks each calendar month for core tools like compression, merging and splitting, with no credit card. When they are used up you can wait for the next month, buy credits, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited tasks.
What happens to my uploaded files after processing?
We operate under a strict 2-hour zero-retention policy. Exactly 2 hours after your file is processed, our automated cleanup engine permanently and irreversibly deletes it from all temporary disks and cloud storage. Persistent storage on paid plans is the one exception, and it is a separate allowance rather than an opt-out.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
You get full access to every Pro or Team feature for 7 days. A credit card is required to prevent abuse, but you will not be charged if you cancel anytime before the trial ends.
Do you offer API access or Enterprise plans?
Yes. Pro includes a read-only test API; Team and Enterprise include the full read-write REST API with webhooks and custom rate limits. Enterprise adds SSO (SAML/Okta), a custom SLA, white-label branding and on-premises deployment. Contact our team for a quote.
